Pecha Kucha oral presentations from selected posters
Chairs: Thomas Ind, UK & Marc Barahona, Spain
Comment: Pecha Kucha is the transliteration of an onomatopoetic Japanese term that means "chit chat”. Classically, a Pecha Kucha session consists of timed talks in a quick-fire manner. Speakers will need to be warned about the strict timing of this session. Microphones will be cut off at 5 minutes.
There will be two minutes between each talk for questions. Speakers will line up for their talks. Instructions will be given to speakers allowing them 10 slides in PowerPoint video format. Each slide will move forward every 30 seconds allowing five minutes per talk. If speakers wish to spend longer on a slide, they should have two identical slides (giving a whole minute per slide). The talk should summarise the posters.
