- **Residents / Fellows / Trainees / Nurses must submit a statement signed by their Head of Department or a proof of their status on site at the registration desk.
- All participants and attendants must be registered. The above registration fees include entrance to the scientific meetings and exhibition area, congress bag, final program, name badge, coffee breaks and lunch at venue during the scientific programme. Optional items need to be selected and paid separately.
- All registrations are confirmed upon full payment of the registration fees. You can finalize your registration via bank transfer (please click "Invoice" as a type of payment) or credit card (VISA and MasterCard accepted).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- All cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to the organization secretariat at SERGS2022reg@keynotepco.ie.
- For cancellations received until March 31, 2022 a subtraction of 20 euros will be applied.
- From April 1 until April 30, 2022 50% of total amount cancelled will be charged.
- From May 1, 2022 onwards, no cancellation will be accepted and there will be no refunds.
- All refunds will be processed within one month after the congress.
REGISTRATION
All attendees must be registered and are required to wear their official conference badge at all times.
Networking Event & BBQ tickets will be given at the same time as the conference badge. Care should be taken with these tickets as replacements cannot be issued.
The conference registration desk will open at the following times:

Friday, 3rd June 07:30 - 18:30
Saturday, 4th June 07:30 - 13:00

SOCIAL EVENTS
Welcome Drink
SERGS 2022 Welcome Drink will take place on Thursday, 2nd June at 18:30 in University College Cork.
The dress code for the event is Smart Casual.
Networking Barbeque
SERGS 2022 Conference Dinner will take place on Friday, 3rd June at 19:30 in the Kingsley Hotel. Pre booked conference dinner tickets will be packed in the back of the delegate badge. If you do not have a ticket, please come to speak with one of our staff members at the registration desk.
